BFSC New Years Day and Weekend Road Bike Ride Schedule

Thursday - Jan 1 - New Years Day - 9:00 AM @ The Lodge

Group Ride - Ride Pace 19 - 22 MPH

Distance - 40 - 80 miles

There maybe a couple of optional routes and distance develop as the ride begins.

Lets get everyone over the PV Bridge before the pace picks up

Friday - Jan 2 - 8:00 AM @ The Lodge

Group Ride - Ride Pace 19 - 22 MPH

Saturday - Jan 3 - 8:00 AM @ The Lodge

Traditional Saturday ride

2 groups - Fast Group race pace 25+ mph

                

                 Second Group - Group Ride  19 - 24 MPH

                 Group form at the PV Bridge or Left turn at Spoke 1

Sunday - Jan 4 - 8:00 AM @ The Lodge

Group Ride - Ride Pace 19 - 22 MPH

What to Bring to the BFSC BEAM Kids' Bikes Build Tonight - December 11

Beaches First Street Cycling 

2014 3nd Annual Bikes 

for B.E.A.M. Kids

Please feel free to bring your favorite Adult Beverage to enjoy with the Pizza

Bert's (Man Cave) Garage will be the designated Beer Garden

The Church request that we do not drink beer on their property

Thank you for your consideration

Dress WARM it will be COOL tonight low/mid 50's.

Bring your Bike Stand and tools.

Here is a list of possible tools needed to build up a bike.

15mm open end wrench - for pedals and rear axle nuts- box or socket for nuts
14mm box or open - front axle nuts alternate for pedals and saddle clamps
13mm box, open or socket for front axle nuts
12mm box, open or socket for front axle nuts (possible size)
10mm box, open or socket for reflectors and fender bolts

8mm box, open or socket - may be needed for some bolts

6mm hex key handle bar clamps
5mm hex key handle bar clamps

Phillips screwdriver
10 or 12 inch adjustable wrench - for headset and crankset adjustment
Channel lock style pliers for head set adjustment

Bring an air compressor for pumping up tires.

Bring the whole family, we will need unpackers, bike builders, testers, tire pumpers, bow makers, zip ties tiers tying locks to the bikes,  and bike loaders loading the bikes into the Uhaul. 

There is a job for everyone.

Pizza, water & soft drinks will be provided.

Please feel free to bring your favorite Adult Beverage

Beaches First Street Cycling's 3rd Annual Fundraising Event was very successful raising over $15,000.

Thank You Very Much for your support and contribution!!

We will be building approximately 120 kids bikes for B.E.A.M.

If you are available to help build bikes, please email Sean Crichton or Beaches First Street Cycling.
