Due to your generosity and help, Beaches First Street Cycling (Beaches Velo) had a very successful Christmas Fundraising Party for BEAM Kids.
We raised over $13,000 and have purchased 135 kid’s bikes with a lock and helmet for each bike.
We will be donating these kid's bikes to B.E.A.M. to
support their Annual Holiday Toys Event

NOW it is time to go to WORK and build 135 bikes.

Time – 4:00 PM till bikes are built and stay to socialize
(If you cannot make 4:00, come when you can, we will need your help when you get there.)

This is a Family (Kid Friendly) Event – Bring the whole family.
We will use the big children to test ride the bikes and do a QC check on your bike building skill.
The Local Bike Shops’ Tech guys will be preforming final QC checks
If you do not feel mechanical, we have a job for you too!!
We need bike movers, bike unpackers, bow makers, someone to attach bows to bikes and zip tie locks to bikes.
What to Bring: we are building up single speed bikes with fenders and coaster brakes
Tools – Metric 10 to 15 mm wrenches, Allen keys and pliers
Bike Stand, Floor Pump
Bring your favorite adult beverage and a desert something sweet.
Pizza will be delivered around 6:30 PM
We will provide soft drinks and water.
We will also have a selection of beer and wine.
